I have over 30 years of experience in the technology industry, having worked with some of the largest companies in the world before founding Ultimate IT Guys in 2007. My goal was to bring small businesses the same level of technology expertise typically reserved for Fortune 500 companies.
Since founding Ultimate IT Guys, I've worked daily with Housing Authorities throughout the SWNAHRO region. That experience showed me a clear need: Housing Authorities needed straightforward, trustworthy guidance on how to use AI correctly and securely. That's why I started Housing Authority AI.
Cleatus has spent over 30 years helping companies be more productive. He led a team of developers that worked on AI and machine learning applications back in the early 2000's, so AI is not a new concept to him.
Cleatus has taught classes at Housing Conferences for many years on many topics ranging from security to productivity.
